returned my faulty item to lazada via poslaju on 03 may. today 07 may, poslaju tracking still shows item at the same place.

Poslaju not processing my Lazada returned item. Item still tuck at my area pos office.



By the way, how PosLaju know the exact address of Lazada Warehouse? Or the postmen all expert with lazada warehouse? The Lazada address is so simple: Lazada Warehouse, Subang Jaya, Selangor. No postcode, no jalan/lorong?

I'm worried my item GG and can't claim back my money.

so poslaju purposely take their sweet time with my return? isn't poslaju to be 1-2 days delivery?

Hello. I returned a faulty item to my local poslaju on the 03 May evening, with the Lazada Return Label that I generated from Lazada website. The label says To Lazada Warehouse:Subang Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia,Subang Jaya. Why is the Lazada Warehouse address so simple? No postcode/jalan/lorong?
Does that mean the local postmen are very familiar with Lazada Warehouse location?
For your info, my RA (Return Authorization) Code is XXX, poslaju code is YYY.

E-cart? but that address doesn't appear at the Return Label. The Return Label only says Lazada Warehouse Subang Jaya Selangor. As simple as that. No postcode, No lorong/jalan. I'm worried that the item will not reach Lazada. That's the problem.

Yes, I did fill the form.

alright, its okay, since pos laju always receive the return item for lazada
they will know about it

since you have generate the RN code also return tracking number
you may trace the item using the return tracking number

Based on the conversation, it seems she doesn't know what's written on the Return Label, not well versed with her own company labels.

With so much holidays, my returned item still stuck at local post office with no movement for a week. Damn.

RIP my lazada returned item. Still at the same post office for 10 days already.

Poslaju still not sending my returned item to lazada warehouse.
