my experience with LGC is it will NOT revalidate, need to contact CS for replacement voucher, and that replacement voucher cannot be use for PGC

Pay using Paypal or Credit Card, you wont get back voucher.
Recently Paypal refund has been pretty efficient. no missing refund.

0% has to be adjusted by seller themselves, Lazada does NOT take any single cent as they do not collect tax on behalf of seller.

And since seller can adjust their price anytime anyday, you cant really compare lowest price vs current price as seller can always claim that was "promo" price.

And logically anything goes up will never go down, only rain will go down.
