Code something like RYCIMB22, after applied, i used CIMB credit card or online bank in but the price still same , like never reduced.

Any idea how to verify ?

if not mistaken u need to reach the part where they ask for TAC then only u will see the amount

I used it during June 1. Not sure its valid until when. My advice is if amount still not reduced after selecting CIMB cc, dun proceed with the transaction.

I just don't understand how they works, first time dealing with them thru chatroom, after that told me they will reply on email, check one week and email from lazada.

Contact 2nd time, give me case number, follow up by phone call, then i miss another phone call from lazada, end up email shown my case has resolved? WTF????

Then contact 3rd time, give me case number, give them all information, want my authorization code from bank (credit card transaction), give them all only can resolve. End up buying a Petronas GC RM300 with RM100 inside, this case has been hanging there 2-3 weeks.

The e-mesra shop did not bother to reply after that, those buying RM300 better becareful. I move to shopee after this nightmare.
Shopee is actually throwing price to gain market share, AFAIK they subsidize a lot of courier charges to make it cheaper.
