any experience with Huawei flash sales on their own e-store?

I just bought one mobile phone on 17/7 and delivered on 19/7.
With RM100 discount voucher.
Direct from Huawei Malaysia, not assigning to dealer.

I used CPU-Z & switch to SPD tab and nothing shows up. Both Slot #1 & #2.
Already tried uninstalling & reinstalling if it's a bug as mentioned by someone on other forum, but still the same.



And someone also suggested to use Thaiphoon Burner, and it says it can't detect SPD EEPROM device. What is it? Anyone or sifus can help, as this is my first time nak install ram kat laptop ni, before my new ram kena return this sunday?

why the hell you threw the packaging away?

that looks soldered + a slot.
you can add 8gb no problem.
dual channel will work for the 4 + 4 part. i have a similar setup.
you can buy higher speed ram. it will just clock down to 2133.

try postan a pic of your ram installed. we'll decide if you goofed.
but it's not even posting means ram is no good. best to return it.

after i realize my ram doesn't work, i asked my sister if she still keep the packaging and she said she already threw it away, because she thought i don't need it anymore.

and thank god i still have the invoice. i really hope lazada will just ignore the original packaging and accept my refund.

refund not possible only RMA or warranty is possible lo

even you open the package when you refund they will deduct some money from you right ?

my gpu came in dead on arrival.
i opened the package of course.
