Just call Mesra and query the card's history.. They can tell if been used before, when, time and how much.. Tell you balance too. As for server issues? Can't be helped. PGC will only work when the station's are able to connect to the servers and process transactions. Else, use normal bank cards and or pay cash. Save PGC for next pump. Happened some time back, had to wait a couple weeks for PGC service to be restored in stations around my area.

Guys dont forget to check your shopee accs under updates and promotion from time to time. You might be surprised by a generous voucher from shopee and these dont just apply to preferred sellers,as long as the seller has shopee guarantee tag. You dont always get notified. Just checked mine and realized they gave me a 65% max rm20 and 20% max rm10 expiring on 25th. I'm loving shopee more than lzd now
