I tried buying a new pass but i got a message "Maaf, status akaun Hotlink anda tidak aktif, Tambah nilai & cuba sekali lagi." I've just top up yesterday. When i check my balance using #122* it says "The service is not available before registration" but on Hotlink RED the balance is there. I've used my phone number 3 years now so has it expired?
