I can't seem to exchange Samsung Points to Air Asia points any longer. Anyone else facing the same issue?

When I click on "Get rewards", it pops up the Samsung Rewards app, it shows "Checking for update" but just returns back to Samsung Pay app. Anyone else facing this issue?

I am having issue accessing Samsung Pay points on Samsung Members while overseas. Anyone knows a fix for this?
