anyone having problem with RHB debit card? my last transaction was 30th Aug, keeps declining starting September

Customer service staff called me back. He said that the IT department had done some test and found that it was the timeout issue. It happened only on some cards they tried, some others were ok.

So they will send me a card replacement, expected to get it only next Wednesday onwards. For this one week, my current card cannot be used as they will deactivate  my current card. 😥

Due to the acceptance of AMEX is "low" compare with VISA & Mastercard in Malaysia.

Although slow better than never. At least they managed to get all the major banks to support.

I redeemed this but it says code invalid?
Do I have to mark as used first in the samsung app before the voucher can work?

Can anyone enlighten me? Lazada said to refer Samsung, Samsung asks to email the screenshots.

What if they only get back to me tomorrow? When the voucher is definitely invalid?

I have the A50s and tried for the MST when paying at one merchant. Seems did not go through. I assume there's no MST support for A50s. Will try again with another merchant though to confirm.

Hope they can solve the points issue first.

Imagine my basket/trolley has about 20 grocery items, I scan the item bar code one by one, proceed payment using Samsung Pay. 1 item 1 transaction. So if around 20 items, around 20 transactions then... 😂
So no need to purposely go out purposely to buy stuffs again and again across different days just to reach certain amount of transactions to maintain my Gold tier.

Yes, the linking of the Touch&Go card is a brilliant move. It also allows you to auto reload your e-wallet account using a credit card which is also another plus point. Looks like they are slowly expanding their features and functions in stages. Overall most likely to succeed as one of the too e-wallets in Malaysia.
Points can always use the back door method to extend the expiry Bro. The main issue now is what to do with all the accumulated points when there is hardly anything to redeem 😅
It's more like RM250 if following the old pre inflation points exchange rate
