If you mean top up steam wallet, buy direct from Steam, it is 1 to 1. You need credit card though.

Remember buy all the games you want.
This is the last second big sales for steam. Last big sales will be winter sales.
Next year got tax for those games already.

True, SST coming. So buy buy...

Probably EA, Ubisoft and other store also will have SST.

I bought Assetto Corsa on 31/12/2019 and refunded bcos just realize no packs (DLC)

Payment Method: Steam Wallet
Refunded: Jan 1 @ 12:25pm
Assetto Corsa - RM9.75
Subtotal RM39.00
Discount -RM29.25 ( -75%)
Total RM9.75

Note : No service tax on 31/12/2019. Price remains the same as at 2/1/2020 for Assetto Corsa.

I buy Assetto Corsa Ultimate Edition via Steam on 2/1/2020

Purchased: Jan 2 @ 10:49pm
Assetto Corsa - RM4.87
Assetto Corsa - Dream Pack 1 - RM2.18
Assetto Corsa - Dream Pack 2 - RM2.18
Assetto Corsa - Dream Pack 3 - RM2.18
Japanese Pack - RM4.25
Assetto Corsa - Red Pack - RM2.18
Assetto Corsa - DP6 - RM0.77
Assetto Corsa - Porsche Pack I - RM1.56
Assetto Corsa - Porsche Pack II - RM1.56
Assetto Corsa - Porsche Pack III - RM1.56
Assetto Corsa - Ready to Race Pack - RM1.56
Assetto Corsa - Ferrari Pack - RM2.18
Subtotal RM188.98
Discount -RM163.47 (-86%)
Service Tax RM1.52
Total RM27.03

There is service tax alright but price remains the same before 1/1/2020. Looks like service tax is included in the price, no difference than before. If I am not mistaken, no price change at all, currently.

As the Shopping Cart indicated : All prices include VAT where applicable

Maybe it's old news, I just find out can use shopee pay for steam payment. It's a big deal bcos top up credit card to shopee pay, no charges. The interface is a bit clunky though.

But can it be like paylater?

Not sure. I never use paylater. Credit card is good enough for me.
