I tried to use my Maybank Debit card (Visa) to purchase Steam games for the first time and it says..

"Your purchase has not been completed your credit card information has been declined by your credit card company. Note that in some cases, your credit card company may put a 'hold' on funds in your account, but you will not be charged".

I know last time Maybank debit card blocked us from buying Steam games, but I think it is okay now?

need help my steam seems need me to login everytime i turn on my pc even i tick the option remember my password

if uninstall steam. do the steams games also removed? i dont redownload since a few games are larger than 50gb and my internet speed only 4mbs and my external hdd also full to do games backup

I have no Steam account, but I keep receiving Steam Guard Code email from Steam Support. It is 5 ~ 6 emails per day, and every time the location showing different location. I want to contact Steam to solve the issue, as I afraid my email is being wrongly used by scammer or what.

But as i check, Steam has no mailbox, only member can login then only can log a case via the website. Can someone help me to ask Steam support, how can I contact them?

So steam summer sale saw is cheap about RM20, normal price about RM60 so i just buy it
Surprisingly after first launch it auto load my xxx version of game progress, even i close game it sync to steam cloud, but game achivement look nothing happen on steam
Or only can start new game again to register achivement?
