Im confused whether how can i fix this problem? Whenever the car go through pot holes and uneven surfaces, the doors will have tickin sound. Should i go to a car accessories shop? Or should i go to a mechanic?

maybe something came loose... or your speaker cables are hanging free. Anyway, go to any accessories shop and see if they want to check for you or not... if they're busy, most probably won't layan you. If you can remove the door panel yourself, you can try looking for the source of the sound.

yes, been there before. But really have to find non-busy hours... if not, they really won't layan. Non-busy hours are usually before lunch time.
