-Working location is in Jalan Yap Kwan Seng, KL area
-Normal working hour 9AM to 6PM
-Monday to Friday only
-Salary package is up to RM3000
Job description
-To handle incoming technical calls from customer
-To assist customer to troubleshoot
-To follow up on customer call
-To schedule and arrange technician to customer's office
Job requirement
-Diploma or degree, SPM is acceptable if with experience
-Able to work under minimal supervision
-1 year working experience is preferable
-Able to speak well in both Bahasa Melayu and English
