Fastest I’ve gotten from Amazon Global Priority is 3 working days. Ordered on Monday, I received on Wednesday.

Depends. Most taxable items are taxed - and directly collected by Amazon. The good thing is if the tax is lower, they will return the balance back to you (happened to me twice). If tax is higher, Amazon bear the cost.
