Possibly imitation set. And that is not allowed in LYN.

Apart of that, the set is not warranted or distributed by any allowed distributor in Malaysia. Hence can be considered as Waterset. And waterset is not allowed in LYN too.

just asking, if i went on vacation to China and purchased that type of handphone for personal used. After that if i wanna sell that particular handphone, then which categories that my handphone will be in. Underwater or over the water.

Waterset. Still considered as underwater set although it is second hand, brought in under personal effects (i.e. not for commercial sale)

Although it is not directly a imitation item, but the brand alone O3 is obviously having the intention of copying O2.

i dont think having the name O3 is a valid reason to delete the sales.. there are a few china branded product having same or almost same name as original..
besides, waterset only if the set is not warrantied.. if it is warrantied, the phone is consider AP set u should noe better than i do..

I disagree with you, AP Sets comes with a SIRIM sticker and is warrantied by local companies.

Waterset = handsets without SIRIM and local warranty, even if it has local warranty and does not have a SIRIM is considered a waterset.

You seem to be the one who doesn't understand the term Approved Permit
As stated above, AP sets are fully legal brought in through customs and not simply identified by the warranty

I could bring in 1000 units of underwater HP and give them 1 year of KilJim's warranty plan but that doesn't make it legal

1st: If you see waterset is advertised in LYN, dont hesitate to click on the 'REPORT' button. We are not computer that can scan through every threads (hundreds made daily). And most of the time, it is member that bring us to such issue by using the 'Report' function.

2ndly: You are right that not all ap set it brought in legally, but that is out of our control. However if some set is brought into here illegally (or violating rules set in the board), and we do have the control here, and we will do the best to control it.

3rd: There is no security certainty in SIRIM sticker etc, in real world, in real market, but does that mean we can allow safety uncertified item in LYN too, where we can control?

4th: You really need to revise your posting manner. I failed to note your sarcasm.

The reason of the thread being closed is not because of the item is imitation (though reasonably doubt or consist intention of imitating), but considering it is waterset too. Beyond reasonable doubt and waterset give us enough reasons to doubt the validity of such sales in LYN.
