I passed by 1 Razak Mansion this morning and saw this signboard. I went to the site office but it was closed. The only info available is at www.taigaresidence.com This project is just right across the road from Bandar Malaysia. Does anyone have further information to share? Rgds. Attached thumbnail(s)

Based on what I saw on Google maps, the project site is quite close to the highway and quite close to the aforementioned project, which will block the latter's south-west facing units. They're not going to be too happy to have their view blocked unless the orientation of this project is north-west/south-east facing.  Not to mention that it isn't walkable to any of the LRT stations nearby. |

According to their website (www.taigaresidence.com), they are positioning this development as a luxury service residence (with the option of housekeeping services). It would be ideal for Airbnb if they have a direct link to Bandar Malaysia (but I doubt so). |

No 58 taiga residences kena MACC probes. A check with dbkl , taiga residences is approved affordable housing schemes. So how come their website show taiga residences is high end condo. Be wary of this project netizens. |
