I was responding to ppl saying that very fast got buyer and selling at developer price. Its not, its selling well below developer price and took more than half a year before there was a buyer.

This is screenshot for a for sale 10,000 sqft. Selling at rm165 per sqft in 2014 november.

The auction sold at less than rm70 per sqft.

I dont think ppl mark up 130% right after they purchase. I seem to recall it being above rm100 per sqft. Can someone confirm?
