15ft and 5ft according to the min requirement from the council to qualified as “zero lot bungalow”. Those with bigger definitely look nicer but price tag also nicer. So i guess Setia strategy to keep it min distance to save cost otherwise they will hv to charge 3m for this (that’s what ecopark cost).
