Should be using Silk and then SKVE.. time taken about 30 - 35 minutes.. might jam after toll Sungai Ramal, but have contra flow lane morning and evening..

You can refer to the following video to have a grasp on the route taken.. The first 6 - 7 minutes is using the old Jalan Semenyih lama because the Ecohill link road is not yet ready during that time.

Good for ownstay, cheap price (only 260k+) and will have condo facilities, 860sqf, FH. Close to many amenities now, food and eateries (McD, Pizzahut, Domino, Subway, Secret Recipe, KFC, upcoming Starbucks), grocery, hypermarket, petrol, car workshops, car wash and detailing, clinics, phamarcy, hardwareshop, dobi, saloon, etc all available within 5 minutes driving.

There are many highway connecting to Semenyih currently. Generally, you will have a smooth drive for 15 - 20 mintes before joining the traffic crowds, about 10km away from the city center during peak hour.

Nonetheless, if you buy for investment, then D-camellia would need to queue behind D-Cassia and D-Cerrum, which means longer holding power.

Broga side is quiet, not many amenities, except the university.. You should come to Tesco Semenyih side or Semenyih Central side, more happening.

If lucky, 5 minutes, if not lucky 8 - 10 minutes.. Depend how lucky you are in front of traffic lights.. There are so many traffic lights along Jalan Broga now.. doh.gif doh.gif

If you are buying the first home, another choice can consider is the RSK D-Kristal, the size is similar to D Camellia, but the price is only 100k.. Your commitment will be low and then can consider upgrade to landed in future when your income increase. However, not sure if unit still available though.. No harm to ask...
