I am interested to buy Elgato power plugs, eve room / eve home. Anyone had used before, do comment. How difference the Apple Home compare to Google Home?

Using Koogeek smart switch and Philips Hue with my HomePod, if you are an iPhone user, HomeKit definitely is more convenient. Use Google home if you have their smart speaker (which is called Google Home btw).

Haven't used the commercial smart plugs. I design, built and program my own smart devices to compatible with HomeKit specification.
Even my Macs display and speakers are HomeKit controllable  |
