Are you busier than usual as of now..Most of the time, your body reacts like this when you are tired and exhausted than usual..It means you need rest time but not only for your body but also for your mind. Reduce your workload and relax your body and mind. If you are thinking about something deeper.. your body may not able to get restful sleep. So, relax and calm.
