I have been having sleeping issues for years, from stress at work generally. Active mind keeps me away from sleeping soundly unless I am really tired (which do happens once in a very long while). I tried sleeping pills too but I refrained from overtaking.
Using the smart phones & tablets lesser before bedtime seems to help some, less active mind when I go to bed. Some soft music with a use of essential oils can also help. All the best.
