Control via diet la, cut eggs cut fats etc. [ 6 ] ** [15.79%]

Hallo /k/, please help me solve my dilemma. Last week I went health screening and results all OK except cholesterol.

LDL 199 mg/dL
HDL 62 mg/dL

So doctor tell me cannot eat fats la eggs la nuts la all that.

But I read google nowadays it seems like actually there is no link between dietary and blood cholesterol.

Cut eggs cut fats.. most bodo suggestion

Cut the carbs replace trash oil like saffflower oil

Do intermittent fasting with light exercise

Totally wrong concept

Ur body lack of good chrolesrerol so took the bad chrolesterol

Need constant suppliment of good chrolesterol every meal

Usually took before meal
Daily basis

Or took coconut oil
Or use alot olive oil to cook

Same as me , also high cholesterol

Eat less fried food or processed food - less red meat. Eat good fats like salmon, avocado, nuts.

your doctor is not keeping up with latest research. there are only 2 foods that impact blood cholesterol.. artificial trans fatty acids & sugar

after i started controlling both of these in my diet & took garlic & fish oil supplements, my ldl dropped a lot.

Nutrition studies always contradict each other. If you are brave enough, just follow what the doctor said and see for yourself if it works. If it doesn't switch to a different diet.
