Hello everyone. I am new here. I never thought there's a forum dedicated for Malaysian bodybuilding novices(or noobs) so I'm glad I found this forum. I might seem clueless at times, so I hope you guys can bear with me.
Anyway, I am a 21-yo working man, with 67kg weight and 168.2cm height. I started going to gym about 3 weeks ago. I hired a local personal trainer before I intend to do alone, by either following BodyBuilding.com's Fierce 5 Novice routine or Ryan Gosling's workout plan. My question is, what is the meal plan can you guys recommend to me for reasonable prices?
I heard from multiple guys for multiple times that I should eat a lot for my muscle to grow. Well, for the last few days, I am unable to follow that. Why? One of the reasons is I always short on money. I am bad at managing my money, so when it's near the end of the month I'm completely broke. So to learn more about financial management, I browsed something on the web and learn about meal planning. Unfortunately, I can't find the right ones.
How can I plan a meal plan that aren't too pricey for me(estimated spending is RM200 per month)? What should I put in my grocery lists? And is meal prepping a good idea? I hope you guys can help me with this.
Cheap-but-healthy meal plan suggestion, I'm young, dumb and broke
