Recently I have cut down on meat , how long does it see results after cutting down on meat intake ? I am trying to be 90 percent of vegetables intake and less on meat dispenser of skin condition.

Care to elaborate what skin condition you're facing? And cutting meat intake is adviced by the dermatologist/ doctor? Or you noticed that meat worsens your skin condition?

Never heard of reducing meat improves any kinds of skin condition. Unless you meant you're having acne problems then you should cut down on dairy instead.

care to elaborate about your skin condition?

dont need to cut down on meat so dramatically, maybe you're lack of vitamins.

eat more fruits or take multi-vitamins tablets will do.

Quit hard say unless you can see it currently I am cut those just to see any improvement a not

ok bro, i found my allergic source at dr wong from tangkak.

i got sudden pimples outbreak since 2 years ago, tried everything also no cure.

then my friend intro this dr wong to me, i went to try, then my face condition becoming better by avoiding these foods.

you can just google dr wong tangkak to see other reviews. smile.gif

like what i did when i first found out i have rheumatoid arthritis.

back to your question, i guess it takes around 2 or 3months to see the result of cutting intake of meat.

in my case its chocolate and chili. my protein powder was chocolate flavor, that explained why i got pimples outbreak even i ate super clean like plain porridge for one week.

you can google about dr wong tangkak, i dont know how to explain it lol. maybe you can refer to this blog.

yea, need to stop for 1 or 2 years to recover.
my another friend was allergic to chili too few years ago, after she stopped for chilis for one year, now can eat chillis already.

its super crowded. i went 3 times only, everytime also started queuing from 7am until 5pm only finished my turn.

advise you to go queue at 6am, the clinic starts at 9am, he max one day can consult around 30pax only.

cannot make appointment, advice you to take one day off on weekday to go. if saturday is super super many people.

cut down on meat? or cut down fried meat only like fast food?
grilled meat should be OK.

3 days plus yesterday eat meat again haih today dinner they cook meat agian so I was think eat out with all veg n rice and warm water

Hi! Please consult a doctor on your skin condition. Sometimes it is not whether you are taking too much meat, the cause could be from a different source. Balance diet with exercise is always a good thing. If you lack nutrients from certain group of food, the skin specialist will be able to you some advice. All the best.

Most skin issue is resulted of dairy and processed sugar reactions, cut off meats and then drink Milo/Starbucks it not going to cleanse your system.

usually skin condition needs not to cut down certain food product drastically. adjustments will do. maybe increase vitamin intake via natural sources, increase fluid (read: water) intake, exercise all will help to a certain extent. not to mention 'beauty sleep'.

well, increase doesn't mean you drink 2-3x of your normal intake. just a little more than usual, as long as you're comfy with it. smile.gif
