Form 6, uniform

This tuesday i'm going to register for form 6 at Sekolah Menengah SS17 Subang Jaya. What am i suppose to wear? As far as i know form 6 uniform differs from form 1-5 uniform. Students/ex-students of SMK SS17 help me please.
Is all uniform for form 6 same in every school? After my registration in SMK SS17 i actually intend to appeal to change my school to SMK SAS in Petaling Jaya. Is the uniform there different? |

I just bought a white shoe...but haiz nvm la if blacvk then have to change. Tomorow i wearing white shirt green pants, i know it's not right but i don't really know what is the proper uniform so tomorow i ask and buy lor.
