I use iStat Menus and Peakhour. iStat Menus monitors the local computer and Peakhour monitors overall traffic on the router.

Here I'm streaming from Netflix in Safari.

...iStats Menus is EXACTLY what I'm looking for ... at the very bottom of your screenshot .. Safari use how much speed ... and other programs etc .... but it seems like it's only for Mac =.=" Googled for Windows alternatives, can't look for anything similar. Trying Rainlendar now which I thought have many skins but can't find anything like Istats menu also ... now just got the network speed, i guess it works if i only run 1 software =/

Appreciate if anyone knows any other freeware for Windows that's exactly like soonwai's screenshot at the very bottom ... thanks !

Trying to remember some of the software I used back in my PC days. Have you tried ZoneAlarm Pro or DUMeter? I know they can monitor bandwidth but not sure if they can monitor bandwidth for a particular program.

How about Task Manager? It can monitor bandwidth right? The Mac's equivalent, Activity Monitor, can, just like iStat but overall and not individual stats. And not so convenient.
