Today installed Tmax TG from sakurazz, can verify the touch sensitivity is totally unaffected, tested in *#0*#. So far really happy with this TG as it literally is half the price of whitestone. So far my spigen rugged armor urban case fit nicely with this TG. Btw, anyone got recommendation for cases with clear black + black bumper-ish? Something like xone dropguard 2.0 biggrin.gif

Yay, new casing from Shopee!

Ok, sharing some reviews on cases I've owned (will share actual photos later):

1) Poetic Nubuck

user posted image

- tight-fitting casing
- no smudge on the back
- feels solid on hand, good leather grip
- hard to press the buttons
- heavier than Ringke Fusion and XOne Dropguard 1.0

2) Poetic Affinity (Black & Clear, I own 2)

user posted image

- tight-fitting casing
- has smudges on the back, but lesser than Ringke Fusion
- thinner than Ringke Fusion, Poetic Nubuck and XOne Dropguard 1.0 (but very thin sampai jadi risau)  hmm.gif
- good grip
- lightest of all the casings I have

3) Ringke Fusion (Smoke & Mirror)

user posted image

- fitting memang ngam!
- Smoke color looks cool, Mirror-finish on the back also cool, good for the person we are taking photos off (boleh betulkan muka, senyum)
- smudges a lot  sad.gif
- good grip
- weight is just right

4) XOne Dropguard 1.0 (Clear)

user posted image

- fitting is ok
- mine was yellowish, wonder if only for this unit  sad.gif
- lesser smudge than Ringke Fusion  thumbsup.gif
- good grip, somehow I feel like the phone feels longer, hm?
- light casing, good bump protection

5) XOne Dropguard 2.0 (Black)

- to be reviewed

6) Ringke Invisble Defender Screen Protector

- it wraps on the sides of the phone nicely
- good, smooth touch, no rubbery feel unlike the Clear Coat I had for S7 Edge last time
- but, once you changed or put casings repeatedly, the sides moved and gathered dusts

7) Generic Whitestone Dome Tempered Glass

- the glass is of good fitting, smooth to touch, case friendly, tested with all casings
- I messed up during application, got dusts trapped  doh.gif
- the LOCA glue smells awful, burns my eyes and my fingers ( or am I too sensitive?)  bye.gif

8) Skool Tempered Glass

- bought from a stall at Aeon Bukit Tinggi
- good fit, case friendly and smooth to touch
- but, it gathers dusts on the sides after a while
- responsive with touch sensitivity on (oh, well, RM35 only)

9) OTAO Case Friendly Tempered Glass

- to be reviewed

Conclusion, I love the weight of Ringke Fusion, but the fitting of Poetic cases.
And hope they are smudge free. My OCD.

i want to 2.0 also but worry my TG cannot fit sweat.gif something similar to whitestone rclxub.gif

My daily case for now, Spigen Rugged Armor Urban thumbsup.gif

Grip is good and doesn't get greasy so far, only downside for me is that the sexy back of s9 is covered laugh.gif laugh.gif

anyone can giv insight about HODA vs tMAX liquid tempered glass?

choosing between this 2 because a forumer does installation for this 2 brands, claimed the same function. but uncertain since i did not want to waste any more $ on screen protectors, currently using spigen neoflex the friction is unbareable.

hoping people who own tmax can giv some comments in terms of oleophobic and clarity thanks
before this i was in shanghai have had the chance to try multiple TG, not all TG are built the same. clarity might be the same, no rainbow , no orange peel, but when exposed to cold air the water condensation will render the touch screen not usable --->glastimate ,benks , nilkins, doesnt happened with spigen.

I am using Tmax TG atm. Clarity, oleophobic, touch sensitivity is really good, feels almost identical with naked screen laugh.gif however i cant comment much on the cold weather. Case compatibility wise i believe its quite similar with whitestone.

I have 8 cases and still can't decide which one is the best doh.gif

However I've determined that two of them are rubbish which I would not use ever again (free case that comes with the phone and X-One Dropguard 2.0).

One is an ok case but mostly likely will not use it again since it's my 2nd best clear case (Ringke Fusion).

Five which I really like and rotate among them regularly (UAG Plasma, Ringke Onyx, Alysvia clear case, Rhinoshield Crashguard, Rhinoshield Solidsuit).

Bro where do you get the rhinoshield case and bumper? Direct from rhinoshield site? smile.gif

my screen got 2 fine lines about 2cm each after a month of usage without SP, yesterday was quite noticeable, but its kinda faint by today.

S9 got screen healing tech?
*
I think no sceeen healing. Possible it is the oleophobic coating?

Any s9 user want to group buying case or lens from moments?

The shipping cost is extremely expensive
But it will be cheaper if more people share together
https://www.shopmoment.com/shop/photo-case/galaxy-s9/walnut

The shipping cost is 40usd
Hope can find more people and share

Anyone interested?
