New fone. About 1 week old only. No virus. Didnt transfer anything except contacts.

Prefer chrome. Been using chrome all the while and hardly crash on my other phones. On this s9+ in 1 week crash 3 times d.

On my mate8 iinstalled all sorts of apps even those not in the playstore. Never had any issue.

Try to wipe the phone and see if problems still occur. If it does then suggest you go to a Samsung service center to have the phone checked out. Might be some mobo problem. 3k+ phone shouldn't be having these kinds of problems! Most users here not complaining of similar problems too.

Disappointed with this phone. In the 3rd week of usage, and countless times a few apps keep crashing on me. And the phone has hanged a few times. Press power button or swipe screen does nothing. Need to wait 1 min or so for error msg to come out..

Sorry, 6gb ram is bullshit. Not optimised at all. Every now and then can feel the lag on this phone.

Dont tell me user problem etc. I have used my old phone and never had this much lag within the first month.

Sorry, this is a damn overrated phone.

For example, this is one of the crashes that happen frequently. There are a few other apps that crash randomly.

Besides this, i have had whatsapp, youtube, facebook all crash suddenly with this message.

Real fked up phone. Regret buy this shit phone.

Might be a lemon unit. Try send for warranty to check for any problems since you've already paid so much for the phone. I'm sure that these problems are not normal if you experience them so frequently.

It's not sensitive because the glue is at the edges only, the black border. Those full glue TG won't have any sensitivity issues.
*
Isn't hao 5d full glue though? It's one of the more expensive options too.

Slow motion is jackshit. So blur and dark.

Animoji- rubbish. Hardly used it since i bought the phone.

No lagg? U gotta be kidding me. App crash, phone hang a few times on me already. Especially when u open game, then close game, then open youtube n close it and reopen again. Always hang.

Honestly, the most overrated rm4k flagship phone ever..

Plus this phone weight is not evenly balanced. Somehow bottom is heavier than top. Very annoying

It seems like you're complaining just for the sake of complaining now sweat.gif initially thought it was genuine but you've been whining and ranting about how much this phone makes you unhappy for what seems like weeks now!
Just sell it off and get the Huawei that you loved so much and live a happy life sir.
No phone is worth so much stress lol.

anyone can recommend powerbank that support fast charging for s9+ with 20000-30000mAh, thanks
*
I'd recommend XiaoMi powerbank. The 20k mah with quick charge around rm90+ on lazada etc. Been using mi powerbanks and the quality is pretty good for the price imo.
Whether you need PD or not depends on what else you need to charge, if purely for the phone then go for ones with qc only without pd. PD is for when you need to charge some USB C laptops or Nintendo switch.

Hello guys. I need some help.

I own Samsung S9+ for almost 3 month. Lately my phone screen display showing "tint" on the top and the left corner of my display (the red rectangle from the picture attach, u can see the white part and the yellowish part).
I google it & from what I read is it was a burn-in display (which happen to Samsung AMOLED display), it seems permanent to the display. My phone never having serious drop or never put into water, I really care all my stuff. Note also, I don't use my phone for gaming.

Should I ask for repair or ask for replacement. Need help. sad.gif

Send for warranty! Screen defects like these automatically Samsung puts your phone into Grade D if you try to trade it in to upgrade next year or 2 years from now.
My S7E had a little burn in when I traded in for note 9 and because of that its grade D sweat.gif
