Does anyone experience prob with the fingerprint?

Occasionally i will get "The fingerprint sensor is not responding. Please try again later." at the lock screen. Usually once or twice a day. Tried cleaning the sensor but it wont work.

The only solution is to restarting the phone. Then it will work again.

I have updated the software but it seems like the prob is still persisting. Maybe hardware prob?

Just an update for anyone who has similar prob with me. I managed to do a full reset on the phone this weekend and somehow the prob disappeared. No more fingerprint not functioning after using the whole day. Guess the reset solved the prob. Cheers!
