The samsung screen is already considered excellent di. I recalled checking out the Asus Zenfone 3 Zoom in their showroom when it was first launched.... within the launch month itself the amoled screen burn-in is x999 worse than my 2 yo S7.

Mine's only noticeable when on gray and full white screen... even so have to look for it but the Zenfone which is using Tianma's oled (if I recall correctly) has burn in that's is so obvious in every screen that its not even funny.

Burn in can happen on LCD as well but since Apple memang super picky to the max when it comes to component quality, you won't see it on iphones lor.

Unfortunately, same can't be said with a lot of Android brands. In this aspect, Samsung stands out among the competition.

I like the solid suit.. if they make the sides less flat then it'll be more comfortable to hold.

Either ways damn solid case.

Only Pro mode will output raw mar.. its a 10 sec exposure hence the broken light trails. Dunno why Samsung don't allow longer exposure.

Tempted to get a casing with stand also... currently already alternating between UAG Plasma, Spigen Rugged Armor, Spigen Rugged Armor Urban and have a Ringke Fusion on the way.

My wife using Spigen ultra hybrid S on her iphone... look so convenient not having to find things to prop up the phone.

Doesn't interfere with most tempered glass

Monarch is overkill la. Plasma or Pathfinder would do.

Spigen case are cut differently by model. Some might lift tempered glass while some wouldnt.

For example:

Spigen Rugged Armor has zero space between tempered glass and the case. if ur installation is off by just a wee bit or the case edge compress during a fall, it may lift the tempered glass

Spigen Rugged Armor Urban which is very similar have more space and is perfectly compatible.

Tempered glass will touch flat surface if fall at a certain angle though hence that's why I think the UAG has the best protection.

You can also search YouTube for S9 plus case whitedome compatibility.

Don't really like the processing for those modes.

There's always proper camera to shoot shallow depth of field.

I don't think so. Firstly AOD brightness is quite low and I've read that besides the clock shifting its position on different part of the screen, they also move by individual pixel that's not noticeable to the eye.
