I asked why it will suddenly heated up and drained the battery like crazy while in my pocket and on the table doing nothing

The cs said probably due to software issue and installed too many apps and then take my phone to their technicians.

And the staff continue saying software problem la.. installed too many apps and unstable apps also apparently using custom icon pack will cause battery drain and heated up. And format will solve it. Apparently they have special tools that are more powerful and efficient than via phone reset

Then awhile technicians come out say, nothing wrong. Battery capacity still 100%..

I said capacity 100% does not mean it's stil working well.. and battery suddenly heated up worries me.. and I asked how you guys checked the battery.. answer : via software.

And I was thinking, wow so fast checked the battery.. saw jerryrig pry open need like at least 10min.. so I asked the staff, if battery bloated/leaking, will cause sudden heat or not. They pause for awhile and went inside for a min.

The staff ask me, will you like to change the battery under warranty claim..

I said yes and the whole process took about 15min and replacement about 110min
And they said IP rating 68 will retain
