Mont Kiara subsale investment, How’s the demand market in this area?

What do you guys think about the demand for Mont Kiara these days? Am considering buying a unit in any of the older buildings, then Reno and rent as investment. Though not sure of how’s the demand like now. Any advise from the siFuS and experts out there? As of demand, there is not definite answer to this. Now is uncertain time, the rental from foreigner drops indeed from the border hasn't open. But if you're looking at longer future time, noone can guarantee what it is like down the 10 or 15 years from now.
