here's the prob.
i make a thread in ocu, den a mod closed it becoz there is ady a thread discussing it.
den my hand itchy can go see the moderation option below, and i see "open this thread"
den my hand damn itchy and clicked it... *poof*
the thread opened back...

i try clear cache and restart browser and its still the same...
