And we all know the only convenient road is Federal highway, the very jam highway.... you concern should be on whether living there is ideal for you.... if you take into consideration the mall and all those future shit... then you may need to think twice... but when you book the unit without taking into consideration of those "uncertainties" and you actually like it just the way it is now... then it is fine to just stay on with your decision..
