. This "lure'ing" tactics actually famous in Singapore and some say Hong Kong . Westeners call it "bait and change" (or sumthing like that). To avoid this, as a consumer, u shud make a concrete choice to which stuff u wan to buy, but if dont hv stock, just leave the shop.
And for TS, a product will drop its price when a new model is coming, and i advice u to survey on small electronics shops coz u can bargain kao kao
