QUOTE(katana_wierdo @ May 19 2007, 12:47 AM) can CM extremepower 430w enough for single 8800GTS 320MB version ? total power consumption for the whole casing is it saying 244W under full load, while CM offer 350W I think, so is it stable? ya bro...its enough oledi..i use it and it works wonder...sometime ago using 430w to supply 7950GX2 and it can work but some time mouse got no pwr.but u juz unplug n plug it back n it work.

QUOTE(dattebayo @ May 21 2007, 04:09 PM) eh for 8800 series... does all manufacturers use the same fan? because last time, even 7900gs came with various fans, coolermaster, zalman, and other oem type so for 8800 is universal for all brands rite? All major brands look almost the same, except the winfast TDH extreme version, looks like transformer eVGA had their modified hsf for 8800 series aka ACS3.this hsf only installed on OC version of their card...but seems that it not that effective...temp seems that darn high, can consider la coz the card OC extremely high for factory stock OC spec.

QUOTE(Phoenixwunin @ Jun 13 2007, 02:05 PM) Wa.. you got so many money to burn eh... 8950GX2... that will definitely cost a bomb... Well... but if you are serious on getting it.. can give me one of your 8800GTS ka i belive if the card coming out, should not be priced over RM3k..well it happened when 7950GX2 coming out and priced only at RM2.5K (certain model).but bought mine at RM2.2k. for free??nghehehe...no way ler bro...but if interested, will cut some price..interesting one... but it happen only if the so called dual engine g card available...coz if want to change 2 ultra...it juz the same fab manufacturing technology 80nm thus the heat too will be exactly same or way higher...no point. 89 series card will be using 65nm or juz plainly 80nm core huh??

Do not be scare lad...me 2 had use CM 430W to power up my 8800GTS (Asus) n it work like wonder. i even oc my proc and left overnite doing maintenance and virsu checking. no prob encounter when woke up.its enough.but 4 those who use too much usb acc...be careful as this might suck some of the power and makes ur system unstable.
