Leadtek got out their card very early, and also selling very cheap. Even the card looks so cool. There must be a reason why their card is very cheap rite? Im not sure how true this is, but there seems to be some firmware issue with that brand. how far it is true, i do not know. Try googling.
Try googling for reviews of this card.
Here's one for starters

I'm using a Leadtek 8800GTS 640MB. Have yet to have any issues. I believe the reason why its this cheap is because the bundle is close to none laugh.gif But I couldnt care less about the bundles anyway. All I want is the card itself smile.gif

Guys, OT a lil bit..

Assuming if i am going to get the 8800GTS. When my 7300GT comes back from warranty, could i slot it into my 2nd PCIE slot? My board is DFI CFX3200 which is Xfire enabled though..

And whats the use of a 2nd video card at that slot?Thanks..

IC.So, that means the extra card can only be used to run another display?Dont think i need that though..lol...

Can it run on the mobo first?I mean, will any mobo with 2 PCIE slot run 2 different GC?

You can't plug two different cards at the same time, it won't work. The second PCI-E slots for Intel/ATI chipset is for people who want to go for Crossfire xetup, while with nForce chipset, its for SLI setup.

it is not possiblt IMO

1. driver issue, how is windows and nvidia control panel going to move between back and forth for these 2 different cards and 2 monitors?

2. by default it is not possible, but theres possibility if u can find some registry tweak or whatever 3rd party software..

That's very true. And if you wish to get to run two monitor simultaneously, most gfx card comes with two display outputs.

Yes possible, but the outcome performance is almost same like single card setup. Never will it reach the performance of nForce SLI.

kinda... just my personal preference though (I like bundle stuff more brows.gif )... dunno about other 8 series but for 8800GTS... I would prefer Asus more than XfX... if it's about pre-oc card we are talking here... after some reading through other member's post in this thread... I would pick-up eVGA over XFX. smile.gif

they lack in bundles but superior in warranty(longer time) and support
for bundles they change from time-to-time(monthly)
you can check at their official website

plus they have much choice in OC variants(non-reference card)

if you looking for bundles and stuff brand like MSI do wonders rclxms.gif rclxms.gif
bundles all those stuff that sometimes u dont even install tongue.gif

Chow.

ahha... what will most likely affect me is the games included with the bundle... for warranty.. why not go for BFG?? Much superior warranty they have to offer... brows.gif
