Hey guys, is there such a regulation as physical damage must change on spot???? Isn't it 1 week 1 to 1 exchange basis??????
This is wat I was told by those stupid and shit attitude staffs and supervisor. vmad.gif

However after argueing for so long and when it end. Another staff from other department I suppose told me. It is 1 weeks 1 to 1 exchange basis.

I'd got it exchange but i have to argue with those stupid liar staffs who said i'm telling story for 1 hours+..............
The staffs totally suxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx................ especially the 1 at samsung corner there 1 name """Ejay""" n the supervisor """ Kenneth Lim""""

On 20/1/08, I bought a Samsung widescreen 931bw LCD from thunder match at 4th floor, Plaza Low Yat. Unfortunately, after I brought it back, i discovered that there was a scratch on the screen of the LCD but it is too late for me to travel down from PJ to the shop to exchange it on the same day.

As a result, on 26/1/08 , i brought back the scratch Samsung LCD back to the shop to exchange it because I was busy working and when I got to the section selling samsung lcd I was attended by one of the staff by the name of Ejay his attitude was totally like shit............when I stood in front of him, with that lazy shit attitude he asked me anything? Then I told him there was a scatch on the screen, however wat he did was just sit there not moving n told me I cannot get it exchanged , later on only this bum move his heavy ass from the chair to ask his one of a kind supervisor to talk to us when we insist on speaking to his superior .As per our understanding, it should be a 7 days hand to hand exchange basis for the computer products that we have purchased, but your staff Ejay not only refused to change and his attitude was very rude. He didn't even willing to help and keep on saying that we are trying to tell lies.

I totally dissapointed with the services provided by the staff, after wasting so much time talking to Ejay, we insisted to talk to the superior, finally the supervisor Kenneth Lim came. The superior attitude is totally the same as Ejay, he did not even allow us to speak and accused of making stories. Is it the way how they trained the staff to behave like that to the customers ??? I just do not understand what kind of customer service that company provided to the customers, Kenneth keep on asking us to listen to him whenver we tried to speak. He told us that we are not allowed to exchange any of the products due to physical damage after we had purchase the products and take it back. Physical damage must change on spot????? Is this their company rules and policies???is it true? Besides, he argued that we should have known that there is no exchange policy even though the producs are damaged. How do we kow about that since we were not told about that on the we purchased the products. MOREOVER HE TOLD US!!!!! "Y WOULD THAT SAMSUNG Salesman,SENT BY SAMSUNG SELL ME A SCATCH LCD!!!!!!!!!!!!!"""""" wat the hell he mean by tat????? Accusing me making up story?????? Hell.,,,,, crap...... bullshiter.............. N he told us, I do my best for u, I exchange a new unit for u, but pls check it properly...................... Holy crap!!!!!
this is wat he should do!!! not the best he can do!!!!!! Telling me bullshit such as do his best n exchange a new unit for me!!!! SUmore said now I am telling him story....
Finally, he did agree to change a new one, but the rude attitude of you staff had wasted a lot of our precious time.

After exchanged the LCD, we do check with our staffs from the company, they informed us that there was a 7 days hand to hand exchange policy implies to the products that we have purchased. Why did i received the different version of explanation from all other staff?

This is the first time i bought a product from the company n i could not believe this was the services that i have received vmad.gif vmad.gif Pissed Pissed Pissed........................ Luckily i didnt buy my cpu there zzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

I did ask the salesperson to play it. But with the movie on, its dark cant really see it. Like when i playing dota, i cant see it also. However when i enter window coz the color is brighter then the cut is very obvious or when i open word etc with light color, can see the cut.
It the salesperson also don see the cut, so its not weird for me not notice it also.
Unless he did it on purpose.
Kenneth Lim told me cant exchange......... However another staff told me suppose to exchange for me coz still less than 1 week from purchasing date.

Questioning me back in such a way... how would I know. And the scatch wont possibly done by myself. Coz it is a nice cut like done by the blade. I dont use a blade. I noticed it after i entered window.
Sumore he said to me n my sis who go along with me "now u'r telling me story".
We r telling him wat happened. Not to described as "story" which seems like I'm making up story up myself.
Furthermore he dun wan exchange for me.
Maybe I'm not a regular customer like u............. smile.gif
However when i purchasing, the salesperson from samsung r very friendly but the unit i bought back r defective....... When I bring it back for exchange haiz...... really....... that 1st person I talk to "Ejay", just sit there and reply me, this is physical damage cant exchange for u. After some time only he moved his heavy ass to ask his superior. The service that he is providing really............. There are 2 salesman at that LCD corner. 1 is AH CHIT if I not wrong, he is fine. The other 1 which i go to, "Ejay" haiz totally sux........
I have to argue for 1 hour lidat only get it exchanged.
My sis sent a complain letter, complaining the poor services they r providing. But still havent got any reply.....

TM when i go buy some staffsr ok. But when i wana go back for warranty,1 of the malay staff attitude like shit the supervisor also @.@
pczone oklo. The salesman quite friendly n when the brand i wan they dun have. He didnt try to promote other product, instead he said i can purchase from other shop.
