I bought some stuff cost around rm3k in November at Thunderhai JB branch.
Not much difficulties for that purchase, but still wasted a lot of phone call to ask them to order msi 8800gt from HQ.
Ordered all the stuff on Monday, called them a few times to make sure everything is there after Thursday.
I went to their shop on Saturday from Pontian(which takes around 2hours), on the way i gave them a call but they told me gc not yet arrived....i was like wtf because i'm on the halfway to JB.
luckily the gc arrived just in time before i step into their shop.
the first scenario ended quite ok...
last monday, i called JB thundermatch to order one msi mobo from HQ cause they don't have the stock.
the branch boss(a malay guy) said ok, the board will be there by this saturday.
i called them again next day, a chinese guy(wee sheng) told me the board is there.
i was surprised cause the board arrive so fast. Then he promised me will reserve the board for me.
Today i give them a call when i was on the way to JB, the chinese guy told me they already sold it to other customer.
I was so pissed off
i questioned their boss why sold the board reserved to me at their shop.
he answered because of some internal miscommunication.
he also told me the fastest way will be order another one on next monday and ship it direct to my address.
estimated arrival time should be next wednesday.
then i ask can gimme discount because of this problem...the boss replied the shipping cost no charge you good already.
wtf, i went there all the way from pontian yet i didn't mention the time and petrol cost i wasted.
they should have call me if they don't have the stock.
they never apologize to me also.
stupid shop.
TS is blacklisted in my computer shop list.
anyone know how can i complain to their management about this?
email or phone?
