add me to the list. Here's what happened..
1. Bought LCD from Thundermatch Level 4
2. Found out got 2 dead pixels
3. Next day tried to return, but got rejected and said LCD with 7pixels only can be returned.
What I did.
1. On the spot demanded for a 1 to 1 exchange since it's only less than 24 hour purchase
2. 1to1 exchange got turned down. I called my family friend who is an office in Jabatan Jenayah Kommercial on the spot.
3. Still got rejected. Call my dad's company lawyer for advice.
4. Finally, police came. Exchange a new LCD.
BUT...went back home, still got 1 dead pixel....sigh~ i malas wana go through all that again...
however, how many ppl realise their customer right? i think it's only a few ppl will do as what u did... if everyone do like this, sure those company won't dare to act like this again.
