Sometime people know about his consumer rights but still people who you know could make big changes, in this case..that person know some lawyer, friends at the right department. Sadly, seller don't respect buyer as happened in other places (UK). however, how many ppl realise their customer right? i think it's only a few ppl will do as what u did... if everyone do like this, sure those company won't dare to act like this again.
