agreed.. always check throughly before paying, even its cosmetic like scratches.. ask for another...

that way.. they can't blame you on anything.

actually come to think of it.. something is fishy

it can't be 1 shop having too much of defective parts..

the probability of distribution doesn't seem right

anyone working in there mind explaining why?
