The REAL question is whether or not you can even get a unit facing the lake. Most likely you get stuck with one facing inside then habislah.

If not wrong, 2 bedroom and balcony is front facing the lake....i just worry the lake will affect the paint on wall

Lake side best to stay high floor...
can see far far away...

bad is when moany ppl doing acticity at lakeside.. u get earpain due to noise polution.. but if pretty amoi there worth it.. wash eye..

BBQ lakeside also same... but if u floor high enough, the smell wont reach you..

price higher facing lake.. price cheaper facing other side. lol~

That lake place near LDP used to be mining pool. I live here for 30 years, the whole of Kelana Jaya all mining pools.

Mosquitoes may not fly to 20th floor high, but you will be scared walking around the surrounding. I have seen mosquito taking the elevator in my office building.

Govt will sell the lake to prc developers to reclaim in future, not worth it
