Any idea what's the Pros and Cons for condo beside lake?

pros lake view, cons the smell and sore in the eyes if not maintained properly.

lake so small got view meh??

but still better than building A looking at building B and building C...

pros:
- hot girls with 34C wearing bikini will swim in the lake and have picnic there

cons:
- no such thing as stated in the "pros" will happen

The REAL question is whether or not you can even get a unit facing the lake. Most likely you get stuck with one facing inside then habislah.

If not wrong, 2 bedroom and balcony is front facing the lake....i just worry the lake will affect the paint on wall

Lake side best to stay high floor...
can see far far away...

bad is when moany ppl doing acticity at lakeside.. u get earpain due to noise polution.. but if pretty amoi there worth it.. wash eye..

BBQ lakeside also same... but if u floor high enough, the smell wont reach you..

price higher facing lake.. price cheaper facing other side. lol~
