I am volunteer admission to the psychiatric ward in the public hospital, personally sign the form of admission. Only the student psychiatric doctor see me, no psychiatrist or proffesor see me at all in the ward. Injection do not explain the medicine side effect to me. I even do not know the name of medicine of injection. The medications is reduced a lot during in the ward. When I request to home leave or discharge, the student psychiatric Doctor (MO) scold me. No Proffesor or psychiatrist see me at all in the ward. I got two times of admission to the ward in the home leave, both are volunteer admission. Why toilet in the psychiatric ward have cctv?
May I know what the rights are of volunteer admission, personally signs the form of admission to the psychiatric ward? What is the meaning home leave? What is the meaning of discharge ward? Can I request discharge to the ward in the status of volunteering admission to the ward? Why I can not change the student psychiatric Doctor in the ward? I know what M.O Doctor, student psychiatric doctor, psychiatrists and Prof of psychiatric are? I am only SPM graduated, do not have knowledge of law and medication?
What is the day of your admission? Which hospital that you opted for your elective admission? That's may explain why no one higher than MO review your case in ward. However in center which not specialized in Psy, mostly there will be no psychiatrist available; hence most of the decision done by consulting them via phone.
By right they
should inform you whats the medication they decided to gave you to, but its practically not feasible. Not enough manpower, not enough pay to deal with patient bullshit. Mostly not from patient but their relative, to be exact. They are shorthanded, they always did since many years back. But you do have the right to ask and refuse, if you still not on your right mind. If you allergic toward certain medication, it is your responsibility to inform them upon admission and everytime prior medication been served. I believe all medication given intentionally to make you better as soon as possible and be discharged fast, not for some mind numbing conspiracy bullshit. Again, they don't get paid well enough to participate on higher control's agenda.
Why toilet has CCTV? Well, is it it obvious?... If you concern regarding this issue, lodge a formal complaint; which I don't think the HOD will entertain due to security issue.
If you want to know to whom you speaking with, just
ask.
"Sorry, may I know who are you? Are you the HO, MO or specialist in charge of me?"
And then jot down their name, that always give them shiver on their spine and motivate them to treat patient more... compassionately

Voluntary admission or whatever, once you in ward - you play by their rule. Hospital rule. Hospital doesn't handled by the doctor, its under Sister and Matron. We only managing patient. Your right to leave the hospital is mostly lies on you. Its your body, provided we marked you within your sane mind or the opposite. However if we think that you may injured yourself or others, its our ultimatum to release you or not. In case you run away (absconded), just wait your face been printed on the nearby police station as wanted man.
I believe I'd answer all your question. Take care of your health. For me, mind control the healing and recovery, not physical effort alone; hence the important of having clear and conscious mind.
