Just by visual, X70 is already bigger, taller and wider, which any sane individual could tell its gonna consume petrol, and to compare to Aruz, BRV and HRV is abit silly to be honest. Its a fact big cars consume more - the new Innova. X trail, CX-5, pg 5008, these are not noted for light consumption. And in any case, if O2 sensor fail, the fuel consumption is going to give you a heart attack.

Actually for cars such as axia, bezza even myvi are suppose to be city drive, how fast can u go in town, average speed is about 60 or less, so any frontal impact should be minimal, as such no incentive for manufacturer to improve protection...
