I am hoping for this too, the safety features in the premium are good but that sunroof is quite worrying to me, quite costly to replace if it cracks.

DCT should have higher maintenance cost cos the clutch will wear out faster like how we usually change the clutch of manual transmission last time

just get those booster car seat will raise the child seat height, cost around rm50+ only and buckle them with the normal seat belt, it's not about the age but the child's height is suitable or not

yeah, current proton warranty for 5 years is only on the engine, gearbox is only up to 3 years and suspension is one year, it's not really a 5 year comprehensive warranty like subaru:

the rubber seal also needs to be replaced after some time when it starts to leak, i know people buying recond car having this probkem and they just permanently seal that roof with silicon sealant

My wish list for the ckd:
- make the radar thief proof
- do away the sun roof in the premium
- factory fit tinting
- separate blower for rear a/c vent, better still give tri zone a/c
- bigger and slope adjustable rear seats

Hi, wanna ask about this ventilated window mode, not sure why mine, sometimes work, sometimes do not, anything i did not do correctly. I already enable this mode.

The SA told the setting will go haywire if replace battery without engine running. Not sure if there is a lot of effort needed to reset everything.

Also wanna ask, i already disable DRL when my car parked at the car porch and i can see that the DRL is off but when driving that time, still can see it is on.

Been driving for 2 weeks already. My initial impression and i am comparing to my previous car which is alza and my wife's mazda 2.
- it is quite quiet and comfortable ride
- the whistling sound is quite addictive, sound like a plane taking off
- in normal or eco mode, car tend to upshift to 2nd gear quite early and may be sluggish to move on that gear when re-accelerate, will not downshift to 1st gear unless car fully stopped, reminds me of manual gearbox
- did not tint at all but got sunshade, heat is still bearable
- A pillar can cause some blind spot
- tall vehicle but doesn't roll a lot, maybe damper still new
- car stereo not impressive at all despite 9 speakers, even mazda 2 got more solid bass
- headlight is very bright, i think only x70 got projector LED at this price range, most are reflector LED

I booked in Nov, got it in March but when i collect, heard that production will be slow due to parts shortage. Foresee more executive variant will be produced.

Hi, my x70 rear suspension now got noise when going over bump, tend to have noise when behind seated with people, should i wait for 10k service or should quickly complain now? normally such claim need to leave car at service center? Now car at 3k and next service in Oct.

Hi, anyone is able to enable the seat ventilation function with voice command. I tried few times but not successful and kind of troublesome to always have to press the screen few times to enable it.

Hi, my 2022 1.8 premium (~20k mileage) now got some vibration, it can be felt even at the driver seat and arm rest, is this normal? sent to my regular service center and they say it is normal, even checked my spark plug gap. Vibration only during idling.

The regular SC i went does not seem to think so. Any other SC i should consider in KV that is more capable?

Another thing is that whenever my car is stationary, turning the steering will have noise, at first i thought it is steering rack so i complained and the SC instantly ordered the part without checking, the thing is this repair needs 3 days, and i checked this problem again, actually the noise comes from the rear, maybe the rear brake, so is this normal?

Rear brake sound when i turn the steering when idle and brake on autohold.
