Yes, the NVH in X70 really surpasses my expectations, it's miles better than Honda. I have the same apprehensions like you regarding Mazda and Honda (I am currently driving a Honda as well).
For the Tiggo 8 Pro, no doubt the car looks and feels premium. But the front seats & Ergonomics are deal breaker for me. I have to slouch my knees since the centre console area is quite big and eats into my leg space. The front seat base is also short and narrow, so much so that even during the 10 mins test drive, I didn't feel comfortable. The Chery Omada 5 surprisingly felt more comfortable than the Tiggo. If I'm in the market for a B-Segment car, no doubt I would choose the Omada 5. It was THAT good.
