Just found out tht yes blacklisted me... How can I get my name off that blacklist?
It's been since 2014 I havent used the broadband because I was out of the country... I knew it's a stupid mistake but I thought most telcos will terminate after inactivity for 3 months or so.. it's a24 month contract btw since feb 13... ;last i used was sept 14...
Am I going to be charged ridiculous amount?? What will happen if I get blacklisted?

Why don't you call them and ask? I think they are more willing to write off the monthly charge during inactivity than losing a customer.

their customer service no one picked up the call.. im not sure.. i read some scary cases here in lowyat with yes 4g.. need to pay thousands of RM. i guess worst case is tht they expect me to pay RM50 X months i didnt use sept - feb 14, so about 6 months........

i just want a telco line with my name on it urghh
they didnt even notify me about the warning/outstanding amt

edit: prob solved... just reached their fb instead of dial up number..

If you owe them money, eventually they will hire debt collector to contact you.

Better contact YES via email, phone, facebook.

You already know you made a mistake by assuming things wrongly. So why are you sitting on your ass on this matter again? Just go to YES office and get it settled. How hard is that?

I feel you deserve it. How stupid you can get? Even i late payment on my yes 4g also i get blacklisted by CTOS. Then u expect totally self terminate wont get blacklist?
