Are you able to choose the customers destination before accepting the job in Grab?
Sometimes i felt like going to PJ , am i able to choose the customer that is heading towards that direction instead of KL or Klang which is way out of my route.

you mean the apps will detailed the destination for two times before it close the function. thanks.

set destination. and all will find u trips heading same directions only.
e.g. if you're in Midvalley and heading to Shah Alam, it might send u a trip from Bangsar South to PJ state, to Sunway, or Subang, upto Shah Alam.
But it will not send u a trip request from Bangsar South to KL city (opposite direction)
u can set this 2 x per day.

If you set this feature, but didnt get any rides, u still have 2x.

Once u get a matching trip, 1x is utilized. during 'Matching Trip' u might get few trips, but all still counted as 1x utilized, until u offline.

usually this feature is for part-timers, set home to office (1x) and office to home (1x). so u won't get job that goes opposite direction.

after u used 2x u won't be able to set destination until next day.
